Keeping the funds coming into your organisation

Sometimes people don't pay because they don't know how much they owe, or think they've paid already, or they don't realise a payment is due.

We're excited to announce a new function for you to generate notices advising your members of fees that are due, covering single or multiple period/s and displaying the amount owing. You can preview and print the notices or send them via email in bulk at the press of a few buttons. It is highly customisable, so if you'd prefer to send 'invoices' rather than 'notices' you can change the term to what suits.

When generating a notice you are providing a snapshot of what is owing eg. if you are generating it for the whole year and progress payments are being made by the member, they will know where they are up to with their payments.

The benefits to this new function are saving you time as a treasurer when notifying members of the fees they owe. Armed with this information the funds of the organisation are likely to be boosted because often people neglect to pay their fees because they don't realise they are due or they think they've paid them already. If you currently send your notices out via snail mail and you have email addresses for your members you will also save money on postage.

Shortly we'll be preparing a short movie to give you an overview but in the meantime why not check out the demo.

Start saving time and improving the finances of your organisation today by purchasing a 12 month licence via the Online Shop.
