Your data is as safe as we can make it, even safer than on your home computer. The data and the screens to update & edit the data, is hosted on a virtual pr1vate server (ie. no data outside Admin Bandit is stored there), at the Host Networks multi-million dollar, state-of-the-art Data Centre located in the Brisbane Technology Park. Full daily back ups are done on the server.

To add another level of comfort, we are also backing up the data every six hours and the application daily to a server with another service provider in Canberra, which also hosts their services in a purpose built building.

The great thing about this arrangement is that it is safe from viruses on your home computer, children deleting it accidentally and the treasurer getting posted and taking the software and data with them. Not only that, you don't need to transfer the software and the data to a different computer when the treasurer's role changes hands.

In fact, one of our treasurers told us they moved to Admin Bandit after all the financial records of their organisation were lost in a fire. They didn't want to go through that agony again.
