How do I pass the software onto a new treasurer when there’s no CD?
You can find instructions on our Hand Over page. The good news is that your organisation doesn’t need to buy the software again or pay a new licensing fee for the incoming treasurer to use Admin Bandit.
We want to use Admin Bandit for a number of sub-committees in our organisation. Do we need to buy multiple copies of your software or can we just buy one?
If each sub-committee has its own treasurer, you need to buy a copy for each treasurer. You can manage multiple bank accounts under each licence.
What do I need to run Admin Bandit on my computer?
All you need is a browser (Safari, Internet Explorer 6 or 7 or Firefox) and a broadband connection. NB. Admin Bandit has not been tested with Internet Explorer 8.
There is no CD or download to use Admin Bandit, how does it work?
Admin Bandit is "software as a service". ie, it works like internet banking. You login from any computer anywhere, record your transactions and the data is stored on a secure server, remote to your computer. No need to worry about losing your Admin Bandit data if your computer crashes.

Our servers are housed in a Tier 2 Datacentre in the new Brisbane Technology Park, Australia. Fully daily backups are done to ensure the safety of your data should the worst happen.
